Frank Harle is an effervescent leader who gets the ball rolling from day one. He has always had a great interest in female rights which started in his gap year in Tanzania when he worked as a Peer Educator in Sexual Health. After gaining a BA History from the University of Sheffield, UK he was eager to get back to Africa. He spent 1 year in Ethiopia coordinating a HIV-prevention programme before moving to London where he managed International Development programmes for SPW, a global leader in engaging and supporting young people to address the urgent health, education, and environmental issues in their lives. SPW then became Restless Development where Frank went on to work as Deputy Director, Restless Development Tanzania and then Country Director for Restless Development South Africa. When Frank isn’t busy growing the work of StrongMinds, he loves to eat as many different cuisines as possible, listen to live jazz in Kampala and explore new places. Climbing Kilimanjaro has been one of his highlights so far.
