The Opportunity

StrongMinds invites proposals from qualified Employer of Record (EoR) service providers to support compliant employment, payroll, and statutory obligations in countries where StrongMinds does not have a registered legal entity. The EoR will play a strategic role in enabling global hiring while minimizing legal, HR, and compliance risks.

Scope of Services

• Employment contracting and issuance of locally compliant contracts
  • Payroll processing and statutory deductions
  • Administration of local benefits
  • Labour, tax, and social security compliance
  • Ongoing HR and legal advisory support
  • Onboarding and offboarding management
  • Coordination with HRIS (BambooHR) and reporting

Provider Requirements

• Proven experience supporting international NGOs or non-profits
  • Legal presence or strong partner networks in Africa and Europe
  • multi-country labour and tax compliance expertise
  • Ability to onboard staff within four (4) weeks
  • Transparent pricing and robust data protection standards
  • English documentation capability
  • Strong customer service, including a dedicated account manager and SLAs

Target Countries

Initial coverage may include Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Rwanda, the United Kingdom, Germany, with potential expansion.
