Timothy Kiyemba is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with 17 years of experience in project planning, development, and maintenance of M&E systems for organizations, projects, and government health programs in Uganda. He has provided leadership towards streamlining and implementation of M&E information Systems for CDC, DFID, and USAID-funded organizations operating at national, regional, and district levels. He has worked with international organizations like the University Research Company, the United Nations World Food Programme (UN-WFP), and John Snow Incorporated (JSI) plus local NGOs like the Infections Diseases Institute (IDI) and The AIDS Support Organisation (TASO). Timothy holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in statistics, a postgraduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation, a postgraduate diploma in project planning and management.
