We are thrilled to officially welcome Frank Harle to the StrongMinds team as he now takes up the reins to lead StrongMinds’ strategic expansion into a second country in 2019. For the past six-months he has been working as a consultant with our team in Uganda providing technical support to StrongMinds Uganda on fundraising and partnerships, program quality and people and team performance development.
Frank has significant development and leadership skills experience in Africa after working for over 12 years in International Development with a specific focus within education, child protection and livelihoods development and poverty alleviation organisations. This includes 4+ years as Country Director in South Africa, and 3 years as Deputy Director in Tanzania both for Restless Development. He has strong skills in leading health, accountability, governance, civil society and rights-based programming as well as strengthening local partner organisations and civil society partners to achieve their vision.
